A problem and its solution, although they appear to be connected, are on different vibrational frequencies.
One is positive, another negative.
When focusing on the problem you’ll never find a solution, you’re only amplifying the problem, because you’re concentrating on all that negativity.
Let’s have an example:
Problem: lack of money and debt
Solution: enough money to pay off the debt
You’re struggling with debt and you can’t see a way out. You’re tense, nervous, in a bad mood, and the more you think about it, the worse you feel. The worse you feel, more problems come your way, because you’re in a constant state of negativity. That way you attract more and more negativity to you, that’s adding to your stress. It’s a never-ending cycle from which it appears to be no way out.
But there is. Just relax.
Take a break. Change your thoughts. Put on some music. Take a drive. Go shopping. Clear your head. These activities have the power to change your vibrational state from negative to positive. You’ll start to see the outline of the solution and if you stay in this state long enough the solution will be clearer and clearer. In no time, you’ll have the solution.
It’s that simple: don’t focus on the problem, focus on the solution.
