Feeling young!

What is the difference between the age of the body and the age of the soul? Huge! You could be 80, but feel like 25.

It really doesn’t matter the age of your body, as long as you feel young inside. Feel young, it’s an awesome feeling!

Today I feel a little bit sad

sad

Today I’m feeling a little bit sad.

Someone said to me this morning that I’m not good enough, but not in so many words.

This situation awakened in me thoughts and feelings from my childhood, things I believed were long gone.

Words spoken by my father, like “You’re good for nothing!” and “You can’t do anything right!” immediately came to mind, and a few tears rolled down my face. Continue reading

Incompatibility between generations

This summer I went to spend some time in the countryside.

During my stay, I heard a story that to me was a lesson of life.

The story was about how every one of us functions on a different frequency, having unique dreams, unique thoughts and unique desires.

HAPPY!

happy

You love this feeling.

And each time you feel it you wish you could bottle it and save it forever.

Seldom though can you do that, capture it for a long period of time.

We’re all so sensitive to each other, that even a tiny amount of negativity can throw us off balance and lose a little bit, if not all of our happiness.

Hard come, easy go. That’s how it is with happiness.

All you can do is treasure it when you feel it and try to feel it for as long as possible by empowering your own voice and thoughts rather than other people’s.

Remember: it’s YOUR happiness. Don’t give it away.

new friends urgently wanted

How can you achieve SUCCESS?

successThe secret of the game is to have enough stamina to get the ball rolling.

Have you ever pushed a car that wouldn’t start?

At first, it takes tremendous energy just to get it to move an inch, but when it’s starting to move you can push it with one finger and even run while pushing it.

That’s how it is in life.

You have to be persistent in the beginning in order to train your mind to accept stuff, and later it will get used to it and it will be easier and easier to get what you want.

And that, my friends, is what it takes to be successful.
